Passionate, inspirational, & courageous, Patrick Quinn wakes up every day with gratitude, humility, and a fierce dedication to live out his calling as a source of light for all those experiencing hardship. His goal in life? To help you change the world... and achieve greater physical & mental health through inspiration, compassion, and relationships.
Ever since the first of his three hip surgeries five years ago, Patrick has set his sights on transforming communities & helping others' voices become heard, especially the least privileged in our world. Currently on a mission to enter the medical field, Patrick's experience with global medical brigades, sports medicine internships, and an immersive French study abroad experience have been invaluable in shaping his values and cultivating his desire to serve you.
With a degree in Neuroscience & Behavior and pre-health from the University of Notre Dame, he strives to walk with individuals in their most vulnerable health states and push back on systematic medical injustices. His infectious energy, servant leadership, and childlike-curiosity are all personal assets that he will utilize in helping you achieve your personal & professional goals.
Whether exploring exhilarating ways of transforming communities through public speaking, the French language, or the brain, Patrick believes that changing the world is a mission that we embark on as one. Happiness, peace, fulfillment, & joy are aspects that we all desire in our lives. It's time we come together and help one another on our journey towards this goal. Together, anything is possible.
Authenticity. Empowerment. Hope.

What do people not realize about you until they’ve known you for a while?
I love implementing and adopting new habits – working on a timer, batching my emails & text messages, beginning & ending the day with gratitude journaling, silencing all phone sounds & vibrations 24/7, sending one daily unexpected uplifting text, smiling at myself every time I see a mirror, etc. These habits help me remain fully present to each moment in my life and take joy in the smallest of gifts.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
Sending voice memos – As someone who feels a calling to share spoken words with the world, I’ve found incredible joy in sharing life and authenticity through voice memos. As opposed to texts & emails, voice memos allow me to fully capture the energy & spirit I want to empower in others. I view voice memos as a tool of pure connection that has the potential to touch the hearts of others in an emotional, real way.
What new belief, behavior, or habit has most improved your life?
The belief that small actions change the world – When you view life through the lens that every small action can make a positive difference, your world changes. You feel empowered to wake up every morning and be the change you wish to see in the world. When you believe that you can change the world, you are unstoppable.
Are there any quotes you think of often or live your life by?
“Some days, doing "the best we can" may still fall short of what we would like to be able to do, but life isn't perfect on any front and doing what we can with what we have is the most we should expect of ourselves or anyone else”
What is a book you'd most recommend, and why?
“Stillness is the Key” by Ryan Holiday – I view inner stillness as a fundamental way to ride the ups and downs of life with grace and clarity. This book immediately helped me implement daily practices and habits to achieve more stillness and greater peace amidst the challenges of life. I want to help others achieve the same fulfillment that inner stillness has brought me…
What purchase of $100 or less has positively impacted your life?
Rumble Roller – This small spikey foam roller will change your life if you don’t give up from the pain when first using it! For someone who’s gone through 3 hip surgeries & 30+ injuries, I recommend it to anyone. It’s an absolute lifesaver… basically your own personal massage. Heck, I’ve even traveled to 12 countries with this thing! Definitely can’t leave it behind.
